str.rjust(width: int, fillchar: str = ' ') → pyspark.pandas.series.Series¶ Filling left side of strings in the Series with an additional character. Equivalent to
str.rjust().- Parameters
- widthint
Minimum width of resulting string; additional characters will be filled with fillchar.
- fillcharstr
Additional character for filling, default is whitespace.
- Returns
- Series of object
Examples
>>> s = ps.Series(["caribou", "tiger"]) >>> s 0 caribou 1 tiger dtype: object
>>> s.str.rjust(width=10) 0 caribou 1 tiger dtype: object
>>> s.str.rjust(width=10, fillchar='-') 0 ---caribou 1 -----tiger dtype: object
